The traditional Herbal Bath from the Red Dao People in Sa Pa, Lao Cai, Vietnam. The bath is a 20 - 30 minutes session in a private room with a copper soaking tub. It is designed to help you unwind, unplug and focus on your time, detox and rejuvenate, recover and recharge yourself. 

Optional to choose the Ionic Detox Foot Bath or The Red Dao Herbal Foot Bath. Both of the Foot bath options provide multiple benefits to increase circulation and metabolism, which is a natural detoxifier and improve well-being. In addition to that, you can enjoy your back massage from our spa chairs and option to add on the red-light therapy for your face, neck or hands. (Additional charge apply). 

This is a 45-minute session in the Salt Chamber. The benefits of Halotherapy includes cleanse the respiratory system, improve lung function, boost the immune system and rejuvenate the skin. In addition to that, you will be relaxing on a zero-gravity chair to help release the pressure on your back and shoulders, help to reduce your back pain. (Can book up to 12 people at once, call for group rates)

The Infrared Sauna operates between 115-135 degrees, 30 minutes session for multiple great benefits (Please see more details on our Service Info page). Optional to choose 45 minutes session ($50/session) and add up to 3 additional guests of your groups for $10 extra per guest.

This is not a traditional hand-on massage. Our Balancer Pro lymphatic massage system is an FDA approved device, designed to promote lymph flow in your lymphatic system, creating a plethora of health benefits. You will be wearing a massage suit (Pants for lower body and vest for upper body) during the session and our Balancer Pro system will work on you with the setting you chose to achieve the goal of that treatment.
