There is 2 hour street parking in front of the spa and on surrounding streets and all day parking on most of Logan St. There is also a pay to park lot located on Grant St. north of Seventh Ave.  

Upon your arrival, we will provide you with a cozy spa robe and slippers to help you relax during your services.

• The Sauna is a private session designated for you and your group.
• The Foot Bath and Salt Chamber are shared spaces, where you may remain in your robe or wear your comfortable clothing.
• The Red Dao Herbal Bath offers a private experience for each individual; you may choose to undress or wear a bathing suit—whatever makes you feel most at ease. If you wish to converse with your group while in the bath, feel free to open the windows between each room.

For appointments focused solely on lymphatic massage, please wear comfortable clothing.

Staying hydrated is crucial during our services, as many of them emphasize detoxification and rejuvenation for your body. Bringing a water bottle is a wise choice. Additionally, we offer water, light healthy snacks, and our special Ginseng Tea throughout the services. 

Yes, we have a hand selected retail section in our spa.  While many products are year round, some of our most sought after products are only seasonal.  This is in an effort to prevent over sourcing and promote sustainability. 

Yes, we sell gift cards electronically through our website and physical gift cards in person.

Each class will be held in our salt chamber with the full benefits of the salt session and the class for that given day. We will offer a monthly wellness class.  Different types of classes will be offered from a class to class basis.  Check back on our website for monthly wellness events information. 

Yes, our salt chamber holds up to 12 people during a session.  Depending on the size of the group and services selected, we would break the group into smaller groups to do the different services and then all would be together in the salt chamber.  Please fill out the form for Group booking on our website or call ahead for groups of 2 or larger so that we can ensure the best experience for your group. 

HSA payment is accepted only for the lymphatic massage. 

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent and can use the salt chamber, Red Dao foot bath, and some wellness classes. During the salt chamber session, talking must be at a whisper or not at all. Children with asthma, allergies, or dry skin can benefit from salt chamber sessions. Please call ahead if you have any questions or concerns. 

Only registered service animals.  Emotional support animals are not allowed. 

Starting March 1st, 2026, a service charge of up to 10% will be added to all Wellness services. No tipping is required for Wellness Services. 8% of this charge will be distributed among the team members working during that shift; 2% will cover credit card transaction fees.

This charge will be applied at checkout for Wellness services. 

Nail service gratuities are appreciated at your discretion. a 2% fee will be applied to credit card transactions for nail services at checkout.

Please note that if you choose to pay with cash or a debit card, no credit card transaction fee will be incurred.
